Abuse Policy
Torna needs to protect users, suppliers, cardholders, and the network from activity that can get capacity blocked or people harmed.
Prohibited activity
- Spam, phishing, credential theft, malware, botnets, DDoS, scraping that violates laws or site rules, and exploit traffic.
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen cards, mule activity, or fake cardholder confirmations.
- Using supplier nodes to attack, scan, harass, or publish illegal content.
- Selling access outside Torna in a way that removes abuse response and settlement controls.
How to report abuse
Send reports to abuse@torna.io with timestamps, affected IPs/domains, account or route identifiers if known, logs, screenshots, and whether there is active harm. Do not include unrelated personal data.
Operator actions
Operators can rate-limit, suspend, rotate, revoke subscriptions, pause top-ups, freeze withdrawals, or remove supplier capacity while reviewing credible abuse reports.
Supplier protection
Supplier reports should be triaged quickly because abuse can put provider accounts and personal identity at risk. The operator should preserve evidence, isolate traffic, and settle undisputed balances separately.
