Allowed use

Use Torna to connect to the open internet, operate verified capacity you control, or manage a brand/community gateway. Keep account credentials private and follow the rules of any third-party client you use.

Prohibited use

• Spam, phishing, credential stuffing, scanning, DDoS, malware, botnets, exploitation, or fraud.
• Reselling access in a way that bypasses Torna account controls, settlement, or abuse handling.
• Using supplier capacity you do not control or misrepresenting server ownership.
• Trying to evade sanctions, payment controls, law enforcement preservation, or emergency safety actions.

Availability

Torna routes depend on suppliers, probes, payments, clients, and network conditions. The operator can pause accounts, routes, pools, top-ups, or withdrawals to protect users, suppliers, and the network.

Changes

Pricing, policies, and supported clients can change as the network grows. Material policy changes should be visible in the app before they affect paid use.
